No Bake CheeseCake

Serves : 12

Preparations : 30 minutes to 45 minutes

Ingredients

-1 Packet Tennis Biscuit

-100g Melted Butter

-250g Cream Cheese

-1 Tin Condense Milk

-250ml  Whipping Cream

-1 Tsp Vanilla Essence

-2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Method

Biscuit base:

-Crush the Tennis biscuits until fine.

Mix with the melted butter.

-Press firmly into the bottom of a 20–22 cm cake tin.

-Refrigerate while making the filling.

 

Make the filling:

-Beat the cream cheese until smooth.

-Add the condensed milk and vanilla essence and mix well.

-Add the lemon juice and mix again.

-Whip the cream separately until stiff peaks form.

-Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream-cheese mixture.

 

Assemble:

Pour the filling over the biscuit base.

Smooth the top.

Refrigerate for at least 30 mins to 1 hour

 

Topping(optional):

-Fresh fruit or granadilla pulp

Oreo Pudding Dessert

Serves : 10

Preparations : 30 minutes

Cooking time : 1h

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 3 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 8 ounces Cool Whip
• 1 (1 lb) package Oreo cookies, crushed into chunk
• 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
• 2 packages instant vanilla pudding(small size)

Method

• In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese, butter and sugar with an electric mixer.
• Add the milk, vanilla and pudding mixes.
• Mix until all the lumps are gone.
• Fold in the Cool Whip.
• Put half of the cookies in the bottom of a large glass bowl.
• Cover with the entire pudding mixture.
• Top with remaining cookie chunks.
• Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
